PROCESSING TIME
Orders ship within 1-2 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order is on its way.
DELIVERY TIMES
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Express Shipping: 2-3 business days (additional fee at checkout)
SHIPPING RATES
Orders have a flat rate calculated at checkout based on your location.
TRACKING
Once shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
RETURNS
Not happy? We'll make it right. No hassle.
30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused product in its original packaging.

REFUNDS
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Received something damaged? Contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
